Simplicity 7497 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1986. 

MISSES' TOPS:

V. 1 with long sleeves and buttoned cuffs and V. 2 have buttoned left shoulder and collar closing. V. 3, 4 and 5 have turtle neck collar with back zipper. V. 4 with ribbed knit collar and lower band and V. 5 have cut away armholes.

Sizes 10 - 12 - 14:

Bust   83 - 87 - 92 cm / 32.5 - 34 - 36 inches 

Waist  64 - 67 - 71 cm / 25 - 26.5 - 28 inches

Hip     87 - 92 - 97 cm / 34.5 - 36 - 38 inches

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
