Simplicity 7476 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1976.

Misses' Shirt, Vest, Culottes and Pants ... Designer Fashion:

The top-stitched shirt with front button closing has collar and long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. The lined top-stitched vest has front button closing and back buckled belt. Culottes with pockets and buckled tab detail and the pants have back zipper, top-stitching and button trim.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
