Simplicity 7442 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1986. 

Misses' Easy-To-Sew Dress and Unlined Jacket.

Top-stitched, square-neck dress has left button closing, gathered skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline and side seam pockets. Cropped jacket has round neck and long or short set-in sleeves pleated to armhole.

Sizes 10 - 12 - 14:

Bust   83 - 87 - 92 cm (32.5 - 34 - 36 inches )

Waist 64 - 67 - 71 cm (25 - 26.5 - 28 inches)

Hip     87 - 92 - 97 cm (34.5 - 36 - 38 inches)

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
