Simplicity 7363 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1986. 

MISSES' EASY-TO-SEW SKIRT, PANTS OR SHORTS, SHIRT AND BIAS TOP

Pull-on skirt pants and shorts have yoke and pockets and elasticized waistline. Pullover top has side slits Loose-fitting shirt has yoke, extended shoulders and long sleeves with buttoned pleat. (Wrong side of fabric will show when sleeves are rolled up.)

Sizes  16 - 18 - 20:

Bust   38 - 40 - 42 inches / 97 - 102 - 107 cm

Waist 30 - 32 - 34 inches / 76 - 81 - 87 cm

Hip    40 - 42 - 44 inches / 102 - 107 - 112 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope has some shelf wear and spotting.
