Simplicity 7345 vintage sewing pattern dated 1976. 

MISSES' SHIRT-DRESS OR SHIRT:

The top-stitched shirt-dress V. 1 or 2 and shirt V. 3 have front band button closing, shirt type collar, pleated patch pockets with buttoned flaps, set-in sleeves, buttoned shoulder tabs and optional purchased belt. V. 1 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 and 3 with shaped lower edge forming slits in side seams have short sleeves with turn back cuffs.

Bust    36 inches / 92 cm

Waist  28 inches / 71 cm

Hip     38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete.  Envelope is in good vintage condition.
