Simplicity 7019 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1975.

Men's Shirt:

The top-stitched shirt with lined yoke has front band button closing, forward shoulder seams, lined patch pockets, shirt type collar, shaped lower edge and set-in sleeves. . 1 has long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has short sleeves with shaped sleeve bands. 

Sizes Men's MEDIUM 38 - 40:

Chest           38 - 40 inches / 97 - 102 cm.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
