Misses' Bias Skirt in Four Lengths and Tie

The flared skirt with back zipper and waistband has matching tie belt which can also be worn as a scarf or as a headband. V. 1 is short length. V. 2 is regular length. V. 3 is below knee length. V. 4 is ankle length.  

Size   12 :

Waist 26.5 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete, cut to view 4 ( longest length). Envelope has light shelf wear and spotting.
