Simplicity 6613 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974. 

Misses' Dress in Two Lengths ... Look Slimmer:

The princess seamed dress V. 1 or 2 with low round neckline has back zipper and set-in sleeves. Regular length V. 1 features short flared sleeves. Ankle length V. 2 has long contrasting sleeves gathered to snap fastened cuffs. 

Size    16:

Bust    38 inches / 97 cm

Waist  30 inches / 76 cm

Hip     40 inches / 102 cm  

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Dress length has been cut on short length, with extensions for maxi length are included. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
