Simplicity 6458 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974.

Misses' Shirt-Jacket, Camisole Top and Pants ... Young Contemporary Fashion:

The pants with back zipper have waistband. The camisole top with front button closing has shoulder straps and bias band. The shirt-jacket with front opening has notched collar, patch pockets with self flaps and long set-in sleeves which may be turned back forming cuffs.

Bust  34 inches/ 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2 inches / 67 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern pieces for camisole top are cut and checked complete, pieces for remaining garments are uncut. Envelope has a tear at top front corner.
