Simplicity 6238 Vintage Sewing Pattern, dated 1983. 

Misses Pullover Bias Blouses:

Loose-fitting blouses have cowl necklines. V. 1 has long set-in sleeves with buttoned cuffs and shoulder pads. V. 2 is sleeveless. V. 3 has long tapered dolman sleeves, back slash opening with loop and button closure. V. 4 has back cowl neckline.

Waist:  30 inches / 76 cm

Hip:     40 inches / 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
