Simplicity 5733 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1982.

Toddler's Pull-On Pants, Top and Pinafore or Sundress and Panties:

Eyelet or lace trimmed top, pinafore and sundress are gathered to yokes with back button closing. Top V. 1, 2 and 3 have long set-in sleeves with elastic wrist casings forming self-ruffles. V. 1 has self-quilted yoke. Pinafore V. 2 has rick-rack trim. Top V. 3 and sundress V. 4 have ribbon trim. Contrasting panties V. 1 and 4 have elastic waist and leg casings. V. 4 has lace trim. Pants V. 2 and 3 have elastic waistline casing and optional snap fastened inner leg seams.

Waist 20.5 inches / 53 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
