Simplicity 5608 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1983.

Misses' pullover blouse with neckline and sleeve variations:

Softly gathered loose-fitting blouse has a symmetrical front slash opening and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and to buttoned cuffs. V 1 & 2 with self ruffles have buttoned neck band. V 1 & 3 have long sleeves. V 2 has elbow length sleeves. V 3 has tie collar.

Bust    32 1/2 - 34 - 36 inches

Waist  25 - 26 1/2 - 28 inches

Hips   34 1/2 - 36 - 38 inches

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
