Simplicity 5571 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.  

Misses' Unlined Jacket, Mini-Skirt and Pants:

The top-stitched unlined jacket with front button closing has notched, rounded collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to armholes, patch pockets and back vent. The mini-skirt has waistband and back zipper. The pants have waistband, front zipper and turn-back cuffs.

Bust   31.5 inches / 80 cm

Waist 24 inches / 61 cm

Hip     33.5 inches / 85 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
