Simplicity 5390 Girls Puff Sleeved Flower Girl or Party Dress 1970s Vintage Sewing pattern Size 10 UNCUT Factory Folded

Simplicity 5390 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

The dress with skirt gathered to bodice at waistline has back zipper, set-in sleeves, high round neckline and ribbon tie belt. Ankle length V1, 2 and 3 with stand up collar are body lined. V1 and 2 have long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V1 has self fabric ruffle. V 3 and 4 have short puff sleeves gathered with elastic casings forming self ruffles. Collarless V 4 is mini length.

Waist        24.5 inches / 62 cm

Hip           30 inches / 76 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
