Simplicity 1129 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1955.

Misses' Blouse:

Surplice blouse has soft tucks at each side of V-neckline in front. It laps diagonally right over left and fastens with tie ends. View 1 has a pointed collar and three quarter length kimono sleeves. Ties tacked under cuffs fasten in a bow at sleeve edge. View 2 is styled with one side made of contrasting fabric. Short sleeves are cuffed. View 3 sleeves are short.

Pattern is printed, uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
