McCall's 9139 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1997.

Misses' Tops, Skirt in Two Lengths, Hat & Headwrap:

Tops have neck and sleeve variations; top B has contrast banding; top A or B has optional piping; pull-on skirt in 2 lengths has side slit and elastic at waist; skirt E has pleat underlay; hat and instructions for headwrap are also included. 

Size  12:

Bust  34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 26 1/2  inches / 67  cm

Hip    36  inches / 92  cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
