Misses' Dress and Tie Belt.

Slim pullover dress has round neckline with buttoned front vent opening and front and back shoulder tucks; full-length or above elbow length sleeves, with sleeve heads, are gathered at cap and to buttoned cuffs. Self fabric tie belt. Purchased belt is optional. 

Size SMALL 10 - 12:

Bust  32 1/2 - 34 inches / 83 - 87 cm

Waist 25 - 26 1/2 Inches / 64 - 67 cm

Hip    34 1/2 - 36 Inches / 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Envelope is intact, with some paper tanning.
