Misses Dress tie and belt:

Straight dress (all views) has soft front and back gathers, self-lined yoke with forward shoulder seams, buttoned front opening, pockets in side seams, optional elasticized waistline. View A long sleeves are gathered at cap and to buttoned cuffs. B has flared, bias cut sleeves and sleeve heads. Self-fabric tie belt. Optional purchased flower. A and B have notched collar. View C has short sleeves and contrast collar and cuffs with edging trim. All views: Optional purchased belt.
