Annie - Children's and Girls' Dress and Tie Belt:

Dress has back zipper closing, elastic in waistline seam casing and short sleeves with gathered cap gathered to bands. View A has ruffles bound with bias tape and skirt trimmed with same tape. B has contrast ruffle. C has bias fronts. All views have self-fabric tie belt.

Breast 23 inches / 58 cm

Waist  21 inches / 53 cm

Hip     24 inches / 61 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with light paper tanning.
