Palmer & Pletsch - Misses' Skirt, Pants and Culottes: 

Skirt, pants and culottes have back gathers, front waistline pleats, pockets in side seams, opening below side-buttoned waistband (belt carriers are at side).  Skirt has center back vent.  Purchased belt is optional. 

Size   14:

Waist 28 inches / 71 cm

Hips   38 inches / 97 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition, with some light spotting.
