McCall's 7595 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1995. 

Misses’ Top, Pull-On Pants, Split-Skirt or Shorts:

Loose fitting top with front buttons or frogs has sleeve variations and curved lower edge extending just above natural waistline, pull-on pants, split skirt or shorts have front pleats, separate back waistline casing extending to side fronts with two rows of elastic, flat front waistband and side seam pockets.

Sizes  16 - 18 - 20:

Bust   38 - 40 - 42 inches / 97 - 102 - 107 cm

Waist 30 - 32 - 34 inches / 76 - 81 - 87 cm

Hip    40 - 42 - 44 inches / 102 - 107 - 112 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
