McCall's 5619 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991. 

MISSES' TOPS - FOR STRETCH KNITS ONLY:

Pullover loose-fitting tops with neckline variations have dropped extended shoulders, shoulder pads and long or short sleeves; views D and E have horizontal seam in front for color blocking.

Size     LARGE 18 - 20:

Bust    40 - 42 inches / 102 - 107 cm

Waist  32 - 34 inches / 81 - 87 cm

Hip     42 - 44 inches / 107 - 112 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some spotting.
