McCall's 4056 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1988.

Misses', Men's or Teen Boys' Shirt:

Shirt A or B has front button opening, optional patch pockets, back yoke with forward shoulder seams and machine-stitched hem. Shirt B has long sleeves pleated into buttoned cuffs, front self-facing and topstitching and shirttail hem. 

Size                SMALL:

Bust / Chest  40 - 42 inches / 112 - 117 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is intact, with some ink markings on both sides.
