Little Vogue 1475 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1976.

Quilt and Pillow Sham:

Crib size quilt has contrast borders and backing. Pillow sham has contrast ruffle and backing. Appliques are applied by hand with blanket stitching. Instructions for quilting are included in pattern. Embroidered trim. NOTE: Pattern contains non-reusable heat set transfers for twenty clothespins, one set of months of the year, five sets of capital letter alphabets and numbers.

Pattern is UNCUT and factory folded. Pattern envelope has some small holes and a tape mark on the back.
