Simplicity 5730 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1973.

Misses' Cardigan or Vest and Dress ... Designer Fashion: 

V. 1 & 2 dress with pleated skirt stitched to contrasting, gathered bodice at normal waistline has back zipper, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, tie collar and optional purchased belt.  The lined, top stitched cardigan V. 1 with elastic waistline casing has long set-in sleeves, low "V" shaped neckline and front loop and button closing.  V. 2 lined top-stitched vest has patch pockets.

Bust  40 inches / 102 cm

Waist 32 inches / 81 cm

Hip    42 inches / 107 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with light spotting and shelf wear.
