Misses' Button-Neckline Dress.

Two-skirted dress with scoop-neckline and double-breasted button trim. (A) Slim tapered skirt and three-quarter sleeves. (B) Short sleeves and full skirt with side box pleats.

Waist  30 inches / 76 cm

Hip     40 inches / 102 cm

Pattern is unprinted tissue, checked complete, possibly unused. Envelope has spotting and a corner tear.
