Butterick 6906 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1980s.  

Misses' Top, Jacket, Skirt & Pants. 

Loose fitting top has V neckline, front buttoned closing and short shirt sleeves. Loose fitting unlined jacket has funnel neckline, front buttoned closing, patch pockets and full length sleeves. Purchased shoulder pads. Straight wrap skirt four inched below mid knee is gathered into buttoned straight waistband. Tapered pants have slanted pockets and back darted into buttoned straight waistband. Topstitching. Purchased belt. 

Size  12 14 16:

Bust  34 36 38 inches /  87 92 97 cm

Waist 26 1/2 28 30 inches / 67 71 76 cm

Hip    36 38 40 inches / 92 97 102 cm

Pattern is partly cut and checked complete, cut to size 16. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
