Butterick 6389 vintage sewing pattern, dated circa 1970s.

Junior Petite Dress, Pants & Shorts:

Loose-fitting smock dress, gathered into front and back yoke, has self or contrast shaped collar and full length sleeves elasticized at wrist. With or without self sleeve ruffles. Straight-legged pants and shorts have elastic waistline.

Size   11 JP Junior Petite:

Bust  34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 25 1/2 inches / 65 cm

Hip    35 inches / 89 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some paper tanning.
