Butterick 6286 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1980s.

Misses' Dress, Top & Pants: 

Very loose-fitting, straight, blouson dress, below mid-knee or top has back neck slit with button and loop, back inset with attached ties, long sleeves pushed-up and narrow hem. Top: side slits. Tapered pants have elastic waist and side pockets. 

Size  6 8 10:

Bust  30 1/2 - 31 1/2 - 32 1/2 inches / 78 - 80 - 83 cm

Waist 23 - 24 - 25 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 cm

Hips   32 1/2 - 33 1/2 - 34 1/2 inches / 83 - 85 - 88 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope has light shelf wear and store stamp on the front.
