Butterick 6171 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1992.

Misses' Blouse:

Very loose-fitting blouse has contrast collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, shaped hemline and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). Contrast variations C and D: pocket. 

Sizes  14 - 16 - 18:

Bust   36 - 38 - 40 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
