Butterick 5780 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1987.

Misses'/Half-Size Blouse:

Very loose fitting blouse has jewel neckline or notched collar shoulder pads, extended shoulders, shoulder tucks, and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with pleats and button cuffs. Narrow hem. A: purchased trim for scarf. A, B, C: concealed button closing. B, C, D: front waist tucks.

This pattern has special adjustment lines for half sizes. 

Size  14 16 18:

Bust  36 38 40 inches /  92 97 102 cm

Waist 28 30 32 inches / 71 76 81 cm

Hip     38 40 42 inches / 97 102 107 cm

Pattern is partly cut to size 18 and checked complete. Envelope has some splits around edges.
