Butterick 5681 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991.

Misses' Dress:

Very loose-fitting, straight dress, above mid-knee or mid-knee, has shoulder pads, pockets, back zipper and hemline slit and long sleeves. B: contrast front, back and cuffs.

Size   12, 14:

Bust   34, 36 inches / 87, 92 cm

Waist 26 1/2, 28 inches / 67, 71 cm

Hip    36, 38 inches / 92, 97 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete, cut to size 14. Envelope has wear and tear around opening, and some handwriting on the front.
