Butterick 5562 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991.

Very loose-fitting, tapered dress above mid-knee or mid-knee has extended shoulders., shoulder pads, welts, front zipper and hemline slit and long sleeves.

Sizes  18 20 22:

Bust   40 - 42 - 44 inches / 102 - 107 - 112 cm

Waist 32 - 34 - 37 inches / 81 - 87 - 94 cm

Hips   42 - 44 - 46 inches / 107 - 112 - 117 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
