Misses' Dress:

Straight dress, above mid-knee or mid-knee, has shoulder pads, back zipper and hemline slit and cap sleeves. A: welt. B, C: contrast insets. C: purchased decorative trim.  No provision for above waist adjustments.

Size   12 - 14 - 16:

Bust   34 - 36 - 38 inches /  87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist 26 1/2 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hip     36 - 38 - 40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
