Butterick 5384 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1991. 

MISSES' TOP, SKIRT, LEGGINGS & HEADBAND

Very loose-fitting top has mock bands, dropped shoulders, stitched hems and above elbow sleeves (rolled-up wrong side shows) or long sleeves. A,B: pullover and pocket. B,C,D: drawstring. C,D: shoulder pads and mock front bands. D: hood with drawstring. Slightly tapered skirt, above mid-knee or close-fitting leggings, above mid-knee or above ankle, have elastic waist and stitched hems. Double-layer headband.

FABRICS: † Moderate Stretch Knits Only: Lt.wt. Double Knit, Cotton Interlock, Lt.wt. Terry Knit, Velour and Wool Jersey. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals.
