Butterick 5278 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1987. 

Misses' Blouse.

Very loose-fitting blouse has contrast collar variations, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, and above-elbow sleeves with mock bands or long sleeves with button cuffs. A has self and contrast cuffs. Purchased trim.

Waist 26.5 28 30 inches / 67 71 76 cm

Hip    36 38 40 inches / 92 97 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
