Butterick 5209 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1969.

Young Junior/Teen One-Piece Dress

Low-waisted straight dress with gathered skirt has round neckline with self ruffles. Full length sleeves gathered at cap with self ruffles or sleeveless. Optional purchased trim.

Size    13/14:

Breast 33.5 inches / 85 cm

Waist  26 inches / 66 cm

Hip     36.5 inches / 94 cm 

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition, with some tape remnants.
