Butterick 4894 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1990.

Misses Shirt, Culottes & Vest.

Loose fitting shirt has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, pockets, flaps and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems. Wide-legged culottes, lower calf length, have waistband, front and back pleats and back zipper closure. Loose-fitting, lined vest has low armholes, pockets and shaped hemline. Purchased belt.

Bust    30.5 - 31.5 - 32.5 inches / 78 - 80 - 83 cm

Waist   23 - 24 - 25 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 cm

Hip      32.5 - 33.5 - 34.5 inches / 83 - 85 - 88 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
