Butterick 4720 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca.1980s. 

Misses' Maternity Jumper or Dress. 

Loose-fitting jumper or dress 3" (7.5cm) below mid-knee has front and back yoke, front tucking, back zipper and side pockets. 

Size   12:

Bust   34 inches / 87 cm

Waist 25.5 inches / 65 cm

Hip    36 inches / 92 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete.  Envelope is in good vintage condition.
