Butterick 4523 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1990.

Misses'/Misses' Petite Top, Skirt, Shorts & Culottes:

Loose-fitting, pullover top has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, back neck slit with button/loop, pockets and above elbow sleeves. Dirndl skirt, lower calf has yokes and elastic waist. Shorts above mid-knee or culottes, lower calf, have elastic waistband and side pockets.

Sizes L ( 16 - 18)

Bust   38 - 40 inches / 97 - 102 cm

Waist 30 - 32 inches / 78 - 81 cm

Hip    40 - 42 inches / 102 - 107 cm

Pattern is cut to size Large and checked complete. Envelope has some wear and tear around opening and a small amount of handwriting on the front.
