Butterick 4460 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1989.

MISSES'/MISSES' PETITE DRESS, TOP & SKIRT

Semi-fitted dress, below mid-knee or top has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side front seams, concealed button closing and above elbow sleeves with tuck and button trim or long sleeves. Dress: slightly tapered, front pleated skirt. Top: front pleated peplum. B,C,E: self belt. Semi-fitted, straight skirt, mid- knee or flared skirt, below mid-calf, has waistband and back zipper. A,B: back vent. Purchased belt.
