Butterick 4265 vintage sewing pattern, dated ca 1978.

Half Size Dress, Top, Pants, & Belt. 

Semi-fitted, slightly flared dress in slightly below mid-knee length or top has pointed collar, wide above-elbow length sleeves, bias patch pockets, and front zipper closing. With or without topstitched trim. Purchased or self tie belt. Straight legged pants have elasticized waistline. Purchased scarf.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
