Butterick 4183 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1986.

MISSES' BODYSUIT, TOP & SKIRT

Close- fitting, bodysuit or top has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, back zipper and long sleeves with stitched hems. Narrow hem. A: high-thigh cut. A,B: collar. C: facings stitched in place. Mock wrap skirt, below mid-knee, has no waistband, pleated right front, back zipper and back hemline vent.

Bust:   31.5 - 32.5 - 34 inches / 80 - 83 - 87 cm

Waist: 24 - 25 - 26.5 inches / 61 - 64 - 67 cm

Hip:    33.5 - 34.5 - 36 inches / 85 - 88 - 92 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
