Butterick 3992 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1965. 

One-Piece Dress.

Slightly fitted A-line dress has wide kimono Sleeves and bateau neckline. (A) Has contrast bands on sleeves. (B) Has cut-out V at neckline.

Size   12:

Bust   32 inches / 81 cm

Waist 25 inches / 64 cm

Hip    34 inches / 87 cm

Pattern is unprinted tissue and is unused and factory folded with instructions. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
