Butterick 3628 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1994.

Misses' Top, Skirt and Pants:

Semi-fitted lined top has mock bands, inside ties, princess seams, button/loop closing and long, two-piece effect sleeves with button trim. Semi-fitted, slightly tapered skirt, above mid-knee has contour waist and back zipper and hemline slit. Tapered pants have waistband and back zipper.

Size      12 - 14 - 16:

Bust      34 - 36 - 38 inches / 87 - 92 - 97 cm

Waist    26.5 - 28 - 30 inches / 67 - 71 - 76 cm

Hips      36 - 38 - 40 inches / 92 - 97 - 102 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in very good vintage condition.
