Butterick 3466 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1985.

Misses' Top & Skirt:

Fitted, wrap top has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, forward shoulder seams, front pleats, draped side with button/loop closing and long sleeves with button cuffs. Narrow hem. No Provision for Above-Waist Adjustment.

Bust   36 38 40 inches / 92 97 102 cm

Waist 28 30 32 inches / 71 76 81 cm

Hip    38 40 42 inches / 97 102 107 cm

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Pattern envelope is in good vintage condition.
