Loose-fitting shirt has jewel neckline or collar, shoulder pads and above elbow sleeves with stitched hems or long sleeves with button cuffs. Narrow hem. A, C: shield. 

Size    6 - 8 - 10:

Bust   30.5 - 31.5 - 32.5 inches /  cm

Waist 23 - 24 - 25 inches / 58 - 61 - 64 cm

Hip    32.5 - 33.5 - 34.5 / 83 - 85 - 88 cm

Pattern is cut and checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
