Simplicity 5869 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1985.

Child's Pants or Shorts, Shirt and Unlined Jacket:

Pants V. 1 or 3 and shorts V. 2 have yoke and pockets, front waistband and back elastic waistline casing. Top-stitched shirt V. 1 and 2 with front button closing has collar, short set-in sleeves and pocket. Top-stitched jacket V. 3 with front band button closing has forward shoulder seams, stand-up collar, long set-in sleeves, kangaroo pocket and elastic casings at sleeve and lower edges.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition, with a store stamp on the front.
