Vogue 7058 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1978. 

MISSES' DRESS AND JACKET

Straight, pullover camisole dress, four inches below mid-knee, has side zipper closing, side hemline slits and narrow hem. Purchased belt holds in fullness below waistline. Loose- fitting, unlined, above-hip length jacket has round neckline and front-buttoned closing. Above-elbow length sleeves have turn back cuffs. Purchased contrast braid trim. NOTE: On upper edge of dress, purchased trim folds over to form casing for elastic.
