Style 4615 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1974. 

JUNIOR PETITES' DRESS IN TWO LENGTHS:

Panelled dress has ties from side front seams, back zipper and short sleeves gathered into armholes have elastic thru lower edge casing. View 1 and 2 are lined and have yoke and stand collar in contrasting fabric and broderie anglaise trim. View 3 has lowered neckline.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope is in very good vintage condition.
